RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SYP TEA, our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened and unused product within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we can only accept returns of products that are still sealed in their original packaging and have not been tampered with. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sypteatreats@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will exchange it with the same item at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
